Easy to find, within walking distance of Matsuyama JR Station. Very clean and well maintained hotel. Room was quiet despite being next to road. Delicious Japanese style breakfast with some international food options. Polite and kind staff (as everywhere in Japan). We enjoyed the location - there is a great local restaurant just one minute walk, the best craft beer pub in Matsuyama just across the road, both railway stations within 10 minutes walk, a lovely coffee roaster is hidden nearby in side street, post office is also very close. Tram takes you to touristy areas in less than 15 minutes.

Great location. Central but still close to the station. We had a room with view of the castle which was amazing both day and night. The rooms with this view cost a little more but it is well worth the expense in our opinion. The room was a good size and there was still room to move around even when the sofa was turned into a bed for our child. We only stayed one night but would have liked to stay longer. Probably the most comfortable beds of our holiday in Japan.

Room was a very good size, larger than all the other places we stayed in. Centrally located, close to sights, transport and nightlife. Superb view of castle and downtown. Slightly old-school vibe, but in a good way. Breakfast was good, with both local and Western options. Great value for money, especially compared to bigger cities in Japan,

My room was lovely and the hotel is centrally located. The tram system is fantastic and easy to access from the hotel. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The restaurant was very accepting of a single person dining and made me feel very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent.

We had an 11th floor room with great views of the castle and the park across the road. We had a very pleasant walk through the park to the Castle entrance, got the chairlift to the castle and were able to walk back down the hill to the hotel. The staff were very helpful and all spoke and understood our aussie english.

Lovely view over the park, fortress and canal, easy walking distance to these highlights and the centre, with trams passing the hotel for getting around.

Location is near matsuyama castle and shopping street. Breakfast is delicious and staffs at reception counter are polite and helpful. Parking is next to hotel. Room is spacious and comfortable.

It conveniently located in the city center of Matsuyama, within a walking distance to Matsuyama Castle and a quick hop on the tram to Dogo Onsen. A room is small (it's the Japanese standard) but nice and clean. Breakfast was amazing with local ingredients.

Our room was spatious, super clean and tidy. The bathroom was huge ! The hotel is 10min away by foot from Matsuyama station (JR) and right in front of the castle.
